Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
Types of coaching
I deal with business, career and life coaching.
As part of business coaching we focus on you within your professional context . We cooperate in defining and understanding what you wish to achieve for yourself, your department, company. I support you in choosing the most appropriate strategy for you. I help you fulfill your potential. We identify what distracts you and impedes your efficiency and how achieving your personal goals, may be beneficial for your organization.
Coaching allows you to increase discipline in achieving the ultimate and long-term objectives. It shows how to monitor progress and discover new vision for your company by looking at it in a completely new way.
Business coaching is aimed primarily at entrepreneurs, managers and salaried employees. It focuses on individual people, not business systems. At the same time it increases indirectly the efficiency of the entire system. Coaching is the perfect complement and continuation of various types of training and consulting projects.
Career Coaching focuses on building your interpersonal skills and improving your efficiency. It doesn’t necessarily involve changing jobs. We can also help you develop your career within their current place of employment e.g. through creating a new job post for yourself or specializing in a specific field.
Career coaching enables you to work out a work life balance. It shows how to change your approach when performing certain duties, define or reorganize your priorities. It helps develop the skills to convince others to your ideas and work with someone who is quite different from you.
Depending on your actual needs it can be associated with various aspects of your personal and professional life, health and relationships. Ranging from the relationship with your partner and children, to satisfaction with working conditions, career, diet and exercise.
Life coaching will enable you to determine:
what really motivates you and what stops you
who gives you energy, and who drains it
which environment suits you, who you prefer to work with and who to hang out with.
what is the preferred way to communicate with you, and how you prefer to communicate with others.
which areas of human interaction you should work on to improve relationships with others.
